ky9 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operating in the Bangladesh market. 1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a ky9 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited;
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ky9;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from ky9 or any associated platform;
• You are not on any government-issued list of prohibited individuals.

1.2 Account Registration

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. ky9 relies on the information you provide to comply with its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

1.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ky9 may request identity verification documents at any point, including prior to processing withdrawals, after large deposits, or where unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time requested may result in account suspension. KYC verification is a regulatory requirement and cannot be waived.

1.4 Username & Password

Upon registration, you will create a username and password. You must keep these credentials strictly confidential. ky9 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any breach of account security that arises from your failure to maintain confidentiality of your credentials is your sole responsibility.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ky9 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

2.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500;
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name;
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• ky9 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges;
• Deposits are credited to your ky9 wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor.

2.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit. ky9 applies a minimum withdrawal amount of ৳1,000. Before a withdrawal can be approved, your account must have completed KYC verification and your bonus wagering requirements (if any) must be satisfied. Standard withdrawal processing times are 24 to 72 hours from submission, subject to verification checks. ky9 does not accept liability for delays caused by payment processors.

2.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ky9 operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal. Suspicious transaction activity will be escalated internally and may be reported to relevant authorities. Funds deposited for the purpose of money laundering will be frozen and subject to forfeiture.

3.1 General Bonus Rules

ky9 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

3.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device;
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only — professional or syndicated wagering may result in bonus disqualification;
• ky9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at its sole discretion;
• Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts will be voided and the accounts involved will be closed.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be requested. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10% to 20%. 3.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from your account. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity window; extensions are not granted.

4.1 Game Integrity

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ky9 platform and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings arising from technical errors must be reported immediately and will be reversed;
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or any ky9 staff member;
• Arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies designed to circumvent bonus terms;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated in bad faith;
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of live dealer or live sports events.

4.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are subject to the official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, ky9 applies standard industry void rules — unsettled bets on voided events will be refunded as cash to your account balance. Bets accepted in error due to pricing discrepancies may be voided at ky9's discretion.

4.4 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a game result or settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted outside this window will not be considered. The decision of ky9 following investigation is final.

5.1 Our Commitment
